I am a freelance designer and specialise in making, modifying and adapting custom gear for EDC, Urban Survival and Bushcraft with consideration for limited SAWC (Space/Size And Weight Constraints).

Spencer Alan Reiter is a full time knife and tool maker from Deridder, Louisiana and sole proprietor of SAR Global Tool.
Over the years, he’s spent time as a journeyman carpenter, professional ski patrolman, licensed above ground blaster/avalanche controller and certified EMT. For six years he was with with the California Army National Guard and for more than 10 years he was an Airborne/Ranger qualified NCO in the United States Army.
All of these experiences as well as years of careful study and hard work are brought to bear on his designs.
Every genuine SAR product carries his name.
